It was basically identical to the Topps set, however it only had 396 cards instead of the 792 in the Topps set and had the Topps branding replaced with O-Pee-Chee branding. The cards were printed on lighter grey cardstock, featured bilingual backs, and some had added traded lines. Player cards had a thin white border surrounding the player picture, with the team name appearing in a colored box angled up from the lower-left corner.
